- Designing creative, differentiated, and well-structured subject lessons

- Developing awareness of different learning paths and styles
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher for lower secondary level / upper secondary level, with a second state examination, or lateral entrant with teaching authorization
- Passionate about teaching and able to inspire children and young people
- Ability to lead a class responsibly with natural authority – with “head, heart, and hand”
- Maintain active communication with parents
- Open-minded, curious, and creative in implementing ideas and contributing to school life
- Team-oriented and committed to shared goals
Employment Conditions:
- Start date: August 20, 2026
- Full-time – 29 hours (40 min periods)
- Salary: By agreement
- Initially a 12-month contract with a 3-month probation period; long-term employment is intended
